Lauren Pikor Obituary: The community is mourning the loss of Lauren A. Pikor, 30, who tragically lost her life on 8/4/2023. Though her life ended far too soon, Lauren made the most of her 30 years on this earth and leaves behind many loved ones to cherish her memory.
Saying Goodbye to a Cherished Daughter, Sister, and Mother
Lauren was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend. She leaves behind her heartbroken parents, two siblings, and most importantly, her darling 3-year-old daughter Eva.
Eva was the light of Lauren’s life. As a single mother, Lauren faced many challenges but always put Eva first. She loved playdates at the park, bedtime stories, and teaching Eva her ABCs. Eva will grow up knowing how much her mommy loved her, even if she is no longer here.
Honoring Lauren’s Bright Spirit
Lauren’s beautiful smile could light up a room. She had a vibrance and passion for life that was infectious to those around her. Lauren loved music, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants with friends and family. Her warmth and generous spirit will be deeply missed.
Though her time with us ended far too soon, Lauren’s legacy lives on through the people she touched and through the precious daughter who carries her DNA. Her memory will be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
Details for Lauren’s Services – Lauren Pikor Obituary
Visitation will take place from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM on August 8, 2023 at Colonial Chapel (15525 S. 73rd Ave., Orland Park, IL).
A funeral service will be held at 9:00 AM on August 9, 2023 at Colonial Chapel, followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass at St. Damian Church (5300 W. 155th St., Oak Forest, IL).
Lauren will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following the funeral mass.
