Brian Patrick Sullivan was born on November 15, 1977 in Hastings, Nebraska to parents Terence and Maureen Fertig Sullivan. He graduated from Wahoo High School in 1996 and went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Southeast Community College.
In 2010, Brian married his beloved wife Michelle Shaneyfelt at United Lutheran Church. Together they lovingly raised Brittney, Trenton, Rylen, Makynlei and Barrett. Brian’s family meant everything to him.
Life and Career
Professionally, Brian worked diligently at Prime Rigging in Lincoln for over 15 years. He took pride in providing for his family through an honest day’s work.
Outside of work, Brian enjoyed life’s simple pleasures like fishing, camping and spending time with his church community. He was a thoughtful, engaged father who treasured being present for his kids’ activities.

Visitation for Brian Sullivan will take place on August 17th at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Lincoln. A funeral service will occur the following day at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, with burial at Fairview Cemetery.
