Born in 1985, Brandi Tillman spent her childhood in the small rural town of Williamsfield, IL. She graduated from Williamsfield High School in 2003 where she was active in student council, volleyball, and choir. Her outgoing personality and leadership shone through from a young age.

After high school, Tillman studied business at Illinois State University. She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, concentrating in finance and marketing. While at ISU, Tillman was involved with the American Marketing Association student group.

Career in Mortgage Lending

Shortly after graduating college, Tillman began her career in mortgage lending at a small firm in Peoria. She quickly gained a reputation for her customer service skills and ability to explain complex mortgage terms in a way clients could easily understand.

In 2015, Tillman was recruited to join CEFCU, the third largest credit union in Illinois. As a Home Loan Originator, she helped countless families in central Illinois navigate the home buying process and secure financing.

Over the years, Tillman received recognition for closing an exceptionally high volume of loans while maintaining quality service. She was a top producer at CEFCU year after year thanks to her professionalism, work ethic, and rapport with clients.

Personal Life

Outside of her career, Brandi Tillman was happily married to her husband Donnie Ray. The couple lived in Edwards, IL where they were active members of their community.
