Morgan Gallagher Lakewood Co, Schaumburg native died at 31 Morgan Gallagher Death – Schaumburg native Morgan Gallagher affectionately known to many as M James Galagher has passed away. Morgan Gallagher, a resident of Lakewood, Colorado was announced dead yesterday, Sunday, the 10th of September 2023. He died at the age of 31. This unexpected loss has shattered the hearts of everyone who loves his gentle heart and larger-than-life spirit. Morgan is survived by his parents, Colleen and Terry, and his three siblings, Erin, Devin, and Quinn. Thoughts and prayers are with his friends, family, and community during this difficult time. There was no cause of death reported for Morgan Gallagher at the time of this publication. However, his family has confirmed the heartbreaking news. Morgan was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. Morgan Gallagher was born in Schaumburg, Illinois, and lived in Lakewood, Colorado. He loved going to the mountains. Morgan had a funny and unique personality and was never afraid to show it and his friends loved that about him. He was described by his friends as someone always ready for a laugh. He was a kind and gentle spirit who loved his family very much. Morgan loved being with nieces and nephews. He was willing to do anything for anyone who asked. Morgan was a man with a strong will and a quick wit, but many would argue that the most memorable part of him was his big heart. Scarlett Callahan, a resident of Wheat Ridge, Colorado has set up a GoFundMe page to assist the family with funeral and other expenses during this difficult time. The goal for the page “Morgan James Gallagher” was set at $15,000. So far, it has raised $15,482 USD. Farewell celebrations will be held In Illinois and Colorado to honor Morgan with a gathering of all of the people he loved deeply. “Until then, love freely, laugh hard, and listen to the music play – in fond memory of Morgan James Gallagher.” At a young age he was taught the importance of love, respect, hard work, how to look a man in the eyes and shake his hand and the love of music in your heart. He played the guitar for 20 years and was an Irish Dancer along with most of his cousins for 10 years. Morgan was one of 26 cousins and loved by every single one of them. He moved to Colorado at 18 where he fell in love with nature, the mountains, fishing, camping and going to shows at Red Rocks. He worked hard going to school to be an arborist and worked in sales for the tree care company. Morgan was happiest when he was in the company of family and friends, especially his own siblings. He lived for laughter, good music, great food and the next time Billy Strings or the Umphrey's McGee Tour came around. If you were lucky enough to call Morgan a friend, your life was enriched. He gave as much as he could to everyone he met. He was a lover of babies and everyone's dogs. His smile was enchanting, and his green eyes were so beautiful and soulful. Above all, Morgan had a kind and gentle soul. He offered support selflessly and saw the good in everyone.

Passions and Pursuits

In his 31 years, Morgan cultivated many passions, from music to the outdoors. He approached everything with his signature enthusiasm.

Morgan was a talented guitarist, playing for 20 years. He also cherished attending concerts, especially at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

The Colorado mountains, camping, and fishing brought Morgan immense joy. He felt most at peace in nature.
