Linda Brand Obituary: Honoring the Life and Service of Linda A. Brand

Linda Brand Obituary: Linda A. Brand (née Scurti) passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023 at the age of 75, surrounded by her loving family. Linda lived a life of purpose, passion, and care for her community. She leaves behind a meaningful legacy.

Linda Brand Obituary: Early Life and Family

Linda was born to Carmela and Vincent J. Scurti Sr. in New Jersey. She was the beloved wife of the late William Brand Jr., and loving sister to five siblings.

Linda also shared close bonds with many nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and grandchildren. Family was her greatest joy.

Distinguished Career

Linda worked at Cooper Hospital in Camden for over 30 years, eventually becoming Assistant Vice President for Patient Access. She was deeply committed to improving patient experiences.

Her contributions over three decades left an indelible impact on Cooper Hospital through her vision and drive to help others. Linda led by example.

Generous Spirit

In lieu of flowers, Linda’s family suggests memorial donations to the Cooper Foundation for a nursing scholarship fund in her honor.

Even in her passing, Linda’s generous spirit shines through in the gift of education that will carry on her legacy.

Celebrating Her Life

On October 23rd, relatives and friends will gather for a funeral mass in Berlin, NJ to bid farewell to this remarkable woman. While deeply missed, Linda’s memory persists.

Her community involvement and passion for helping Cooper Hospital patients will never be forgotten but rather, will continue inspiring others.

Conclusion

Linda Brand devoted herself to lifting up others through healthcare service and family bonds. The community she enriched is better for her contributions. May Linda’s selfless legacy live on through those carrying her memory forward in their hearts.
