During his professional journey, Ryan worked as an HVAC/R Technician at Teed Heating & Cooling from 2004 to 2005. Following this, he transitioned to the role of Carpenter at Fulton Custom Homes, contributing his expertise for a duration of 8 years, from 2005 to 2013. During this tenure, he actively participated in the construction of various custom homes, honing his skills in construction management, scheduling, estimating, and gaining valuable insights into a contractor’s perspective on projects. Ryan’s responsibilities during this period included the installation of heating and air-conditioning systems, siding and exterior trim installation, hardwood flooring installation, and interior trim and intricate woodwork installation.His career progressed further as he assumed the role of a Civil Engineer at Wightman & Associates, Inc. for 7 years, commencing from May 2013 to April 2020. During this time, he served as a Project Engineer and Project Manager, handling diverse projects such as Local and State Road Reconstruction, Developments including Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects, and Asset Management Planning. Ryan was an hardworking and dedicated man that was loved by all that crossed path with him.
